Shipping policy
Shipping can take up to 5-7 business days to be shipped out. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will sent to the email address provided with the purchase. Raw Veluxe Hair is NOT responsible for your package after it has been shipped. Please contact carrier.
Return & Exchange Policy
For hygienic purposes, no returns permitted.
Exchanges are permitted for items damaged or if a mistake was made by the seller. If you need an exchange please contact our support team at rawveluxe.hair@outlook.com. Exchanges must be made 7 days after you have received your items. Exchanged items are REQUIRED to be completely unused and in the same state you received them in to qualify for exchange along with original packaging. Along with proof of purchase.
Once Item has been received, an email notifying it has been received will be set. A follow up email to notify that the new item has been shipped out along with it’s tracking number will be sent.
